Reservations

Winter Rates are $125-$175 per night; Spring/Summer/Fall Rates are $175-$250 per night.  Additional charges for 3rd person occupancy. (Higher rates apply during certain convention periods). We offer discounts for stays of one week or more. In addition, we must collect a hotel tax of 15.4 percent. A non-refundable $25.00 advance deposit is required at time of booking. Additional cancellation charges may apply (see below).

We collect payment at check-in. We accept cash, traveler’s checks and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard and American Express).

Confirmation

Reservation in advance is required and is held with a credit card number. We will Fax or mail a written confirmation ahead of your stay.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation fee is $25.00. In addition, cancellation without at least one weeks notice will result in a charge of one night‚s rate, plus tax. Room charges are not refundable after payment at check-in (no refunds for early check-outs).

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-in is by appointment, generally between the hours of 3:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. Please call us about a week ahead of your stay to confirm an approximate time of arrival.

Check-out is generally 11:00 A.M. We may be able to hold luggage until a later departure time, but please check with us in advance.
